Kat

This experiment uses HTML5 and CSS3 to rescale proportionally, resize and center a background image. In this case, a superb photograph by Newcastle portrait photographer, Kat Timmins.

The example also uses the CSS3 background-clip feature allowing the text to be filled in with an image.

You'll need the latest version of Chrome or Safari to view the see-through text effect. If not, you'll see a few big boxes containing the same image used in the background...
